Terms of use

Pharmacy Community Connect

Last updated: August 2026

Who may use the app

The app is for approved members of Community Pharmacy Leicestershire & Rutland: community pharmacy professionals and contractors linked to LLR premises. Access is by invitation or administrator approval. You must not share login credentials.

What the app provides

Pharmacy Community Connect is a members communications tool, not a clinical system. It provides CPL&R notices, read-only MHRA safety alerts, office-initiated messages, and an LLR pharmacy directory. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical care, patient records, or patient recall.

Acceptable use

Do not enter patient-identifiable, prescription, or clinical care-record data. Do not post spam or content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. Do not impersonate others or disclose another person's confidential information. Contractor-only notices are visible only to members assigned the contractor role by CPL&R.

Message safety and moderation

Use Report on a message or thread to alert CPL&R to a concern. You can also block a sender or mute a thread. CPL&R reviews reports and may remove content, restrict messaging, or suspend an account where these terms are breached. Email support@pcc-app.co.uk if there is an immediate safety or privacy concern.

MHRA read-confirm

Optional MHRA read-confirm, which is off by default, records that you have read an alert. This is not an electronic signature, biometric attestation, or inspection-grade evidence product.

Account deletion

You may delete your account from Profile → Delete account. CPL&R may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Read the account-deletion instructions or email support@pcc-app.co.uk for support.

Privacy and questions

The privacy notice explains how personal data is handled. For questions about these terms, email support@pcc-app.co.uk.
